Glutaraldehyde may be used in the aquarium as a source of complex carbon that can substitute for CO2 or in conjunction with it for Aquatic Plant growth, having a well planted aquarium is not only visually pleasing but also helps to stabalise and  maintain a balanced environment .
Aquatic inhabitants display more vibrant colours under the cover of a well planted aquarium.
 
This product may be used by itself or in conjunction with Macro- Fertiliser blocks.
